North Ronaldsay ram

Size: 30x30cm. The North Ronaldsay is classified as vulnerable by the rare Breeds Survival Trust. This one was made for the International Feltmakers' Association annual exhibition 2021, entitled 're-connect.' (https://www.feltmakers.com/online-exhibitions/) He was made using wet felting, needle felting and machine embroidery. I used North Ronaldsay wool sourced from the RBST Cumbria support group Primitive Produce Project.
